We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, whether you’re shopping locally or internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  • Next-Day Shipping (Domestic): 1 business day (available in select locations)
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically 7-14 business days.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you choose and the delivery location. We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $50 within the United States.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout for orders under $50.
  • Expedited and Next-Day Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

For international shipments, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout and vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected.

3. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we strive to process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. After processing, your order will be shipped using the method you selected at checkout.

You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped. This allows you to track your package’s progress.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this number to monitor your package as it makes its way to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available for shipping at checkout, please check back periodically as we may expand our international shipping options.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas due to carrier restrictions.

6. International Shipping

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your shipment. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the customs authorities upon delivery.

  • Customs and Import Duties: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are your responsibility. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping and are collected upon delivery.
  • Shipping Times: International shipping times vary depending on your country. Typically, international orders take between 7-14 business days, but this may vary depending on the destination.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, or if there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, once the order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, KIKISKINNIE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

8. Return Shipping

If you wish to return an item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item). Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for further details on returning items.
