Return & Refund Policy

At Kikiskinnie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how returns and refunds are processed.

Returns

We accept returns for products that are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@kikiskinnie.com or call (918) 225-3110 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. Kikiskinnie is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  4. Condition of the Item: The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Once your return is approved, refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to: sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@kikiskinnie.com or call (918) 225-3110. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and issuing a full refund or sending a replacement. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged or defective item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. If you are returning an item, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider. If there is still no update, please contact us at info@kikiskinnie.com, and we will assist you further.

Exceptions
