  3. Return Shipping: After receiving the return authorization, securely package the item and ship it back to us. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
